1. Arrive ready to your appointment
Please arrive on time to your appointment and make sure you have already completed our Sugaring Client Consent form as well as review our COVID-19 Policies BEFORE your appointment.
If you are past 5 minutes late, we will have to reschedule/cancel, in order to be considerate of our other clients as well as charge a no show fee of the full amount of the scheduled service. If your licensed esthetician decides to proceed with the service with a late arrival, please expect a shortened or incomplete service. Please read more on our policies by clicking here.
2. WE are located In Sola Salon

3. We have plenty of parking available
Parking is free unless stated otherwise.

5. Expect a fee if you no show or cancel less than 24 hours given
We completely understand if you need to reschedule/cancel, however, we do require at least a 72-hours notice. If it's past the 72-hour mark and we are given at least a 24-hours notice, we do charge a late cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of the treatment scheduled. If we are given less than 24-hours notice, it is considered a "no show". "No show" clients will be charged 100% for the treatment scheduled. 6. schedule your appointments in advance
We get booked very quickly! If you have a preferred date/time, we highly recommend scheduling at least 4 weeks in advance and to check out our online booking. Plus, you can take advantage of our VIP Loyalty offer when you schedule your next appointment within 28 days from your last appointment with us. We do offer a wait list to those who would like to be contacted back to be scheduled in sooner. We promise that we will do our best to get you in on your desired date and/or time.
7. Don't wear make up
Our facials consist of 3 cleansing steps, however, wearing make-up at time of appointment may take longer to remove and you may have left over make-up residue.
8. Do you need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand that things get in the way so we made things really easy and convenient to cancel or reschedule with us. You can cancel or reschedule online by your confirmation or reminders from us in your email inbox or you can call/text us on our open hours here. Just make sure to give us at least 72-hours to avoid any late cancellation or late rescheduling fees.
